How to cook Lemon, Carrot, Ginger cake

Lemon , carrot and ginger flavored cake                      

Here is how

you will need

460 g lemon cake mix

1/2 cup finally grated carrot

2 tea spoon finally grated fresh ginger

1 tea spoon mixed spice

2 large organic egg

2 table spoon olive oil

2/3 cup of thick milk

20cm x 7cm round cake pan

Step one : Preheat oven to 160 or 180 degree cent grease oil or melted butter on cake pan lightly and line with baking paper.

Step two : place cake mix, grated carrot, ginger,spice, egg and milk &oil into mixing bowl and using in electric mixture beat on low speed for 40 second. then beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour the mixture into prepared cake pan and bake it for 45 minutes. cook it until tooth pick come out clean.

Allow to cool for 5 minutes cooling rack.

Icing tip : Use with white betty crocker frosting

serve up to 12
