PUMPKIN MASH

                                                                                 
Ingredients are : -

4 medium size potato peeled and chopped roughly

½ cup pumpkin chopped roughly

1 clove garlic

1tbs thickened cream
¼ cup butter

½ onions chopped fine

Medium heat on stove pour chopped potato, pumpkin and garlic deep sauce pan add water until cover the spuds.With the lid on cook it for 20 minutes or until the spuds tender.

Next drain the water out of the sauce pan and add the butter, crème, salt, paper mashed them all.

Then add onion mix them well.

Serve it hot with steak or your favorite

We usually eat them with

T-bone, mash and steamed silverbeet

Or with roast lamb shank
